When you come to Ember Retreat, not only will you get to spend 4 days in the warm, Palm Springs sun, but you’ll get to dive deep into your business and walk away with a brand new vision for yourself as a business owner all while making new friends and getting peer-to-peer feedback + community in the process.

Each day has an intentional focus designed to give you the biggest transformation:

✨ Day 1: Setting Intentions for Your Business

When you arrive at the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs, you’ll be greeted with the feeling of deep relaxation and the pull in your heart of this is exactly where you’re supposed to be. We will start off with getting to know the other attendees (and don’t worry, we have a way to make this part fun and exciting, not like awkward small talk…no one has time for that lol)

Then after spending the evening getting to know the other incredible beauty pros, we’re going to spend time around the firepit, under the stars setting the intention, not only for the weekend, but helping you expand and dream bigger for yourself and your business.

✨ Day 2: Creating Your Up-Leveled Marketing Strategy

Once we’ve set the intention and goals for your business, we’re going to teach you how to create an up-leveled marketing plan and strategy for your business. From personalized visual branding, Instagram strategy that doesn’t feel overwhelming, and email marketing to up-level your client experience, you’re going to walk away with a new vision for how to grow your business to the next level and actually have the tools to do so.

✨ Day 3: Building Internal Systems in your Business

If you’re like most beauty pros and business owners, you know having good systems in place is key, but so often, it’s one of those things we always say “Oh I’ll set that up next month” or “Yeah, I know I should do that, but it takes so much time” so we never do it.

From learning how to create systems around client communication (that help you create actual boundaries with your clients) to learning how to set up your finances so you’re actually profitable, you will walk away with so many tools inside your business you’ve been meaning to implement.

And one of our favorite parts of the retreat is our Day 3 Breakout Coaching Sessions! These will be customized to you and the area in your business you’re needing support in. You will get to spend the afternoon in a group coaching session with one of our Mentors and a few other attendees…these are designed to give you the one on one support and intimacy you’re looking for.

Day 4: Let's freakin go!

Last Day 4’s theme pretty much explains itself. You’re going to get to hear a very special keynote from a *secret* Speaker we haven’t announced yet 🤫 (literally we’re so pumped for you learn from them!)

As we wrap up our transformational weekend and reflect on the powerful things that have happened over the last 4 days, you’re going to be walking away from the retreat as a different person than who you came as.

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • We recommend bringing any travel essentials, plus outfits for all of our scheduled activities. This includes something cute for educational sessions, something stylish for dinner time, a swimsuit if you plan to hit up the pool, and of course cozy PJs for our workshops under the stars! But don’t worry, we’ll be sending out an email a few weeks prior to the retreat to let you know exactly what to pack.

  • Our 4-day retreat has a fully packed schedule. We recommend coming into Palm Springs early or making arrangements to stay later if you plan on exploring outside of the retreat agenda and timeline. Please note, you’ll be responsible for your own lodging should you plan to come outside of what the retreat timeline covers.

  • We highly recommend flying into Palm Springs International Airport, (PSP). It's about a 10 min drive from the hotel. The next major airports include:

    - Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) - 2.5-3 hrs away depending on traffic.

    - Ontario International Airport (ONT) - 1.5-2 hrs away depending on traffic.

    - John Wayne Airport (SNA) - 2-2.5 hrs away depending on traffic.

  • In order for you to get the most out of your retreat experience, no additional guests (2- or 4-legged!) will be permitted to join you. We want you to be able to fully connect with the other attendees and soak in all the education and relaxation without distractions. Think of this as a mini vacay for you and your business!

  • Yes! We will have vegetarian and vegan options, and can accommodate other dietary restrictions as long as you let us know about them at registration!

  • Check-In for Ember Retreat starts Sunday, May 21st, 2023 at 4:00pm and officially starts at 5:00pm. It wraps up Wednesday, ay 24th, 2023 around 11:45am. We recommend flying in with plenty of time to make it to the Ace Hotel and Swim Club no later than 4:00pm on Sunday, Sunday, May 21st, 2023 and flying out later in the afternoon/early evening on Wednesday, ay 24th, 2023. SoCal traffic is unpredictable, so make sure you map the distance and time from your airport to the hotel. The last thing you want to do is miss out on the first day and be rushed to catch a flight on the last day.

  • We want all attendees to get the full, all-inclusive retreat experience, and that includes staying on-site at The Ace Hotel with the group! We value the friendships that are going to be made at the retreat, and would hate for someone to miss out by staying elsewhere. Therefore, all attendees are required to stay on-site in order to participate in all activities. All Ember Retreat tickets include on-site hotel accommodations.

  • All ticket purchases and payments are non-refundable due to the Retreat being all-inclusive, but you are able to transfer your ticket to someone else within 48 hours of the retreat starting due to an emergency.

  • To maintain an intimate environment, a maximum of 50 spots are available.

  • You will only share a room if you register for a double room rate. You will have your own bed, but will be sharing the room with a fellow retreat attendee. If you are planning to go with a friend, just let out team know and we are happy to pair you together.

  • Yes! Attending a retreat with an industry friend is a great way to relax and connect. Simply request your roommate when you apply!
